Well, you are free to copy, distribute and share my photos as long as you attribute me (John Harris, RVAPixels.com) and they are for non-commercial use. You are also allowed to created derivative works from my images, as long as you agree to share the results in the same way and they are not used commercially.

So feel free to use them on a blog post about Richmond, a school project, or your computer’s background. You do need a license from me to use any of these images commercially, including on business and non-profit websites.
